We are a Community-based Palliative Care Company, the first in the Northeast Texas region. We are a strong team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other specialists who work together to care for patients with a serious illness. Our commitment is to the patient, the family, and caregiver. With a holistic approach to symptom management, our patients’ quality of life is of upmost importance.
Our palliative care team will:
Help the patient better understand the disease and diagnosis
Understand and support the patient’s ability to cope with the illness
Help clarify treatment goals and options
Relieve symptoms and distress
Assist with making medical decision
Coordinate with the patient’s other care providers
